These Terms of Service govern your use of a0bank's products and services. By opening an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to open an a0bank account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to decline any application.
a0bank provides: electronic money and payment services; digital currency custody and trading; and credit facilities. Services are subject to ongoing regulatory requirements and may be varied or withdrawn at any time with reasonable notice.
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile assets. Their value can rise or fall significantly and rapidly. You should only invest money you can afford to lose. a0bank does not provide financial advice. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
You must not use a0bank for: money laundering or financing terrorism; fraud or deception; market manipulation; or any activity that violates applicable laws. We will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
Our current fee schedule is available in the app and on our website. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before introducing or increasing any fees.
We are not liable for losses resulting from: digital currency price movements; third-party service failures; circumstances beyond our reasonable control; or your failure to follow security advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK customers, and by applicable local law for customers in other jurisdictions.
